We are seeking an Affiliate Marketing Manager with enterprise-level experience to drive the growth and success of our program at NinjaOne. Reporting to the Director of Performance Marketing, you will take ownership of developing and executing strategic partnerships, optimizing campaigns to generate high-quality leads, and driving targeted traffic to our website. Your focus will be on building long-term, mutually beneficial relationships, ensuring alignment with NinjaOne’s goals, and leveraging data-driven insights to maximize ROI. Location - We are flexible on remote working from home, if you are located in the USA and reside in one of the following states - CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, *IL, KS, ME, MA, NJ, NC, OR, TX, or VA. We have physical offices in Austin, TX and Tampa, FL if you prefer a hybrid option. 

 

Strategic Oversight & Execution 

  • Develop and implement forward-thinking affiliate marketing strategies, continuously refining tactics to increase partner performance and revenue. 

  • Identify, research, and onboard new affiliate partners aligned with our brand and target audience, while managing and optimizing the existing affiliate program to drive results. 

  • Negotiate and close partnerships with both new and existing affiliates, ensuring mutually beneficial terms that align with business goals. 

  • Cultivate long-term relationships with key affiliates, providing proactive support and guidance to help them optimize performance. 

  • Scale program growth by identifying high-value affiliate partners and exploring new affiliate models (e.g., influencers, brand ambassadors) to align with enterprise-level goals. 


Performance Monitoring, Optimization, & Scalability 

  • Monitor and optimize affiliate campaign performance, leveraging data and advanced attribution models to improve ROI and drive higher effectiveness. 

  • Track and optimize program KPIs, such as LTV, CAC, and conversion rates across affiliates, ensuring long-term program success. 

  • Conduct regular performance reviews, providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations to leadership. 

  • Provide affiliates with resources and support to promote NinjaOne, coaching and reviewing content for alignment with brand guidelines, messaging standards, and clarity. Offer feedback to ensure consistency and accuracy with NinjaOne's voice. 

  • Refine and document processes within the affiliate programs to ensure scalability and alignment with long-term growth goals, ensuring smooth operations as the program expands. 

Compliance, Contracts, & Partnership Management 

  • Ensure compliance with affiliate marketing regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.), managing the legal and contractual aspects of affiliate partnerships. 

  • Negotiate contracts with affiliates, ensuring clear terms around payments, deliverables, and intellectual property.  

  • Oversee PartnerStack and other platforms, enabling and automating affiliate facilitation, payments, and campaign performance, while ensuring success with external platforms/agencies. 

  • Stay ahead of industry trends, researching innovations and best practices in affiliate marketing to keep NinjaOne at the forefront of the industry. 

Collaboration & Cross-Functional Integration 

  • Collaborate with internal teams (revenue marketing, product, communications, sales & beyond) to ensure affiliate campaigns align with broader business objectives and messaging. 

  • Work with sales teams to ensure affiliate-generated leads are nurtured and converted into high-value customers. 

  • Other duties as needed.  

 

 

About You 

  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS affiliate marketing experience, either in an agency or in-house environment.  

  • 2+ years of experience managing and supporting 100+ affiliate partners or handling enterprise-scale affiliate programs required. 

  • A proven progressive track record of delivering positive ROI through the execution of affiliate marketing campaigns, utilizing various strategies such as sponsored content, advertising, and pay-per-lead (PPL) models. 

  • Demonstrated success in creating and implementing affiliate strategies that drive significant conversions, lead generation, and sales. 

  • Experience in demand generation and sales-led Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies is highly preferred. 

  • Renowned for negotiation, vendor management, and partner management skills, with a solid network of established industry relationships. 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to leverage data and metrics to measure campaign performance, optimize outcomes, and make data-informed decisions. Proficiency in Excel and Tableau to structure, report, and analyze data effectively. 

  • Project Management & detail orientated.  

  • Expert-level knowledge of partner marketing platforms and technologies (e.g., PartnerStack, Impact) and skilled in automating, configuring, and administrating these tools to streamline processes.  

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to coach and refine messaging to ensure consistency and alignment with brand guidelines across all content. 

  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including teams in Comms, Product, and Revenue Marketing. 

  • You’re a detail-oriented, organized, and results-driven project manager who thrives in fast-paced environments and excels both independently and as part of a team. 

  • Fließend in Deutsch? maîtrise de l’allemand et du français? If you're multilingual, it's a huge plus. English is required.

Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to location, market demands, experience, job-related knowledge, and skills. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage and PTO. For roles based in California or Colorado, the base salary hiring range for this position is $70,000 to $119,000 per year.
