Location: We are flexible on remote working from home, but you must be located in Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador, or Mexico.  

What You’ll be Doing

• Design, Test and Development: Design, develop, test, and deploy custom software applications to address business challenges and improve operational efficiency

• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including specifications, design documents, and user manuals

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to business applications, including bug fixing and performance optimization

• Optimization and Scalability: Ensure the scalability, security, and performance of business applications by conducting regular code reviews and implementing best practices

• Identify opportunities for process automation and optimization and develop innovative solutions to streamline business operations

• Integration and Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate business applications with existing systems, such as ERP, CRM (Customer Relationship Management), and BI tool

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment

• Other duties as needed
  

About You

• 3-5 years as an integration engineer, application integration engineer, application engineer or similar role, with a focus on integrating business applications and IT

• Programming skills in languages such as Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript

• Databases experience in SQL, and data modeling

• Web application development frameworks (e.g., Angular, React, Django) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS (Amazon Web Services), Azure, GCP)

• Familiarity with enterprise software systems (ERP, CRM, HRIS, etc.) and their integration

• Understanding of software development methodologies, such as Agile or DevOps

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or collaboratively as part of a team, paired with excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders

• Additional Skills: Skilled in AI and machine learning technologies, with hands-on experience in AI-driven automation and optimization solutions.

• Knowledge of AI frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn

• Ability to develop and integrate AI models into business applications

• Understanding of natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision techniques
