Our IT teams are growing, and we are adding Application Engineers to several different products. We love that your skills and experiences are unique to you and would like to match those skills to the teams and products where you can make the greatest impact here at NinjaOne.
Location - We are flexible on remote working from home, if you are located in the USA and reside in one of the following states – FL or TX . We have physical offices in Austin, TX and Tampa, FL, if you prefer a hybrid option.
What You’ll be Doing
Design, Test and Development: Design, develop, test, and deploy custom software applications to address business challenges and improve operational efficiency
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including specifications, design documents, and user manuals
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to business applications, including bug fixing and performance optimization
Optimization and Scalability: Ensure the scalability, security, and performance of business applications by conducting regular code reviews and implementing best practices
Identify opportunities for process automation and optimization and develop innovative solutions to streamline business operations
Integration and Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate business applications with existing systems, such as ERP, CRM (Customer Relationship Management), and BI tool
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment
Other duties as needed
About You
3+ years as an integration engineer, software engineer, software developer, or similar role, with a focus on integrating business applications and IT
Programming skills in languages such as Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript
Databases experience in SQL, and data modeling
Web application development frameworks (e.g., Angular, React, Django) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS (Amazon Web Services), Azure, GCP)
Familiarity with enterprise software systems (ERP, CRM, HRIS, etc.) and their integration
Understanding of software development methodologies, such as Agile or DevOps
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or collaboratively as part of a team, paired with excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders
Additional Skills: Skilled in AI and machine learning technologies, with hands-on experience in AI-driven automation and optimization solutions.
Knowledge of AI frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn
Ability to develop and integrate AI models into business applications
Understanding of natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision techniques

Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to location, market demands, experience, job-related knowledge, and skills. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage and PTO. For roles based in California or Colorado, the base salary hiring range for this position is $00,000 to $00,000 per year.
