Billing Support Coordinator - Philippines
About the RoleFor the organizational heart of our company, we are looking for a highly motivated and by nature detail-oriented Billing Support Coordinator who can independently drive billing processes and who can manage all billing functions by using different financial systems.
Location- Philippines - 8AM – 5PM Pacific Standard Time
What You’ll be Doing
Work within our ticketing system (Zendesk) responding to customer billing queries
Respond to customer calls to resolve and client billing questions or requests
Work within multiple online portals to provision software and license keys to new and existing customers
Learn internal processes and workflows to assist the Sales team with questions or concerns
Assist the Billing Team with Month End Close tasks
Handle highly confidential information with discretion
Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned
About You
You are experienced in Accounting and Finance
You are action-oriented and you have excellent communication skills
You are a hero in multitasking, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
Your superpower is solving problems
Teamwork is your nickname, but you can also work independently
Additional languages are a big plus
Experienced with ticketing software (preferably Zendesk)
Salesforce and NetSuite experience preferred
Comfortable with mathematics and financial data
