About the Role

The Demo Specialist role at NinjaOne is responsible for growing our brand recognition and introducing NinjaOne's platform and values to potential prospects in very early evaluation stages. This position dedicates their time to engaging with interested prospects, managing sales cycles to help potential customers evaluate our product, and closing revenue. This is a strategic role, which will contribute significantly to the success of NinjaOne.

Location - Austin, TX - Hybrid (in office on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday - plus additional days as required) 


What You’ll be Doing

  • Employing exceptional consultative phone skills, including the ability to communicate clearly, actively listen, inspire, project confidence, and overcome objections 

  • Proactively communicating with clients and reacting to client requirements quickly and efficiently as well as communicating with inbound leads to discuss our B2B service

  • Analyzing and understanding the customer's needs and presenting a solution that fits the customer’s requirements

  • Demo the NinjaOne product line via phone and online presentations

  • Gathering market information and insights to gain a clear understanding of the industry

  • Highlighting potential opportunities and building supporting business cases

  • Maintaining accurate revenue reports and detailed client information in the CRM system

  • Representing NinjaOne at trade events and attending client meetings for training and onboarding

  • Bringing enthusiasm and energy

  • Other duties as needed


About You

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred 

  • 2+ years experience in selling IT Operations software or similar solutions to B2B prospects preferred

  • Career history of consistent success in meeting and exceeding sales quotas

  • Polished communication skills that are matched only by your active listening skills

  • Engaging and technical, you can deliver a demo that is meaningful to business users and technical audiences

  • Excellent professional presence and business acumen

  • Exceptional ability to build credibility with clients and close new business

  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM
