Marketing Assistant - Junior Project Manager EMEA
About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive individual to join our team in Berlin as an Marketing Assistant- Junior Project Manager . Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Marketing EMA, this unique hybrid role combines executive-level support with hands-on project management responsibilities. You will support our marketing leadership team in their daily tasks, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication, while also taking ownership of projects to drive their success.

What You’ll be Doing
Prepare and organize high-quality presentations and materials for internal and external meetings
Actively participate in team meetings by helping to create agendas, informing stakeholders, and ensuring protocols are well-documented and distributed
Consolidate and summarize feedback from stakeholders and team members to streamline communication and decision-making processes
Help to track budgets and monitor marketing expenditures
Plan and coordinate team events, offsites, and other activities to support team collaboration and engagement
Manage daily administrative tasks such as calendar scheduling, organizing email correspondence, and prioritizing leadership requests
Provide seamless support in organizing tasks, solving operational challenges, and maintaining smooth workflows within the team
Assist in planning and excecuting projects by developing timelines, tracking deliverables, and coordinating with cross-funcional teams
Act as a point of contact to gather requirements, provide updates, and maintain clear and proactive communication with all stakeholders
Identify potential risks or obstacles in projects, provide updates, and maintain clear and support the successful delivery of outcomes
Monitor project perfomance and leverage insights to drive process improvements and optimize workflows
Other duties as needed
About You
You have excellent organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail
You are an effective communicator who thrives in collaborative environments
You are highly proficient in tools like Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management software (e.g. Asana, Trello, or similar)
You have a proactive mindset and strong sense of responsibility
You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
Previous experience in administrative support and/or project management is a strong advantage
You are fluent in English & German; proficiency in another language is a plus
