About the Role
NinjaOne is seeking a results-driven Senior Event Coordinator to join our EMEA team, focusing on organizing and executing conferences across Europe. This role is pivotal in working closely with sales to identify target accounts, activate these prospects, and create one-on-one moments for sales leaders and high-profile prospects. You will be responsible for selecting the right conferences, aligning them with the appropriate sales people, and ensuring that high-value connections are made. Your role will also involve collaboration with the sales team to follow up on relationships post-event, supporting ongoing engagement efforts.
Reporting directly to the Event Manager EMEA, this position is crucial for driving NinjaOne’s strategic goals across Europe through effective conference planning and execution, maximizing ROI, and fostering meaningful connections between sales and prospects.

What You’ll be Doing
Conference Selection and Strategy Alignment: Work closely with the sales team to identify the right conferences for the appropriate industries and target accounts. Ensure alignment between the events and the sales team's goals, focusing on selecting conferences where the highest-value prospects and key decision-makers are likely to attend.
Target Account Activation: Collaborate with the sales team to identify key target accounts and activate them for participation in selected conferences. Create personalized one-on-one meeting opportunities between senior sales leaders and high-profile prospects at these events. This includes working with sales to set up meetings, ensuring the right people are in the room for impactful conversations.
Pre-Event Engagement and Coordination: Facilitate the creation of tailored strategies for engaging target prospects before the event. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure all meetings and connections are set in advance, providing a clear strategy for each senior sales leader attending. Focus on identifying high-value prospects, securing meetings, and preparing tailored content for these interactions.
Post-Event Relationship Building: Partner with the sales team to follow up on relationships established during conferences, ensuring consistent communication and ongoing engagement with prospects. Support sales leaders in post-event follow-up, including coordinating relationship-building activities and ensuring that sales efforts are sustained over time.
Speaker Session Management: Collaborate with event organizers and sales teams to secure speaking opportunities. Manage the logistics around speaker sessions, including content preparation, presentations, and ensuring that the sessions align with both the event’s themes and NinjaOne’s business objectives.
Budget Management and ROI Tracking: Oversee the budget for each event, ensuring costs are controlled, and provide regular updates on event spending. Measure the success of events by tracking the ROI, focusing not only on lead generation but also on the value of the network created and the quality of the relationships formed. Use analytics to assess the long-term impact of events and provide insights on optimizing future event strategies.
Tailored Follow-Up and Analytics: After the event, focus on analytics related to the network built. Work with sales and marketing to ensure tailored follow-up strategies for each prospect, leveraging CRM and other tools to track progress. The goal is not just lead generation but identifying opportunities for deeper engagement and relationship building within the target network.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with both the sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment before, during, and after events. Support the marketing team in ensuring that all messaging is aligned with the broader company objectives and event goals.

About You
Sales-Focused Event Strategist: You have a strong background in conference planning with a focus on sales activation and relationship building. You understand the importance of tailoring events to specific sales objectives and know how to create opportunities for meaningful conversations between sales leaders and high-profile prospects.
Collaborative and Relationship-Oriented: You work seamlessly with sales, field teams, and event organizers to ensure that every aspect of the event contributes to long-term relationship building. You are proactive in ensuring all key stakeholders are aligned and well-prepared for successful meetings.
Organized and Results-Driven: You are meticulous in managing the logistics and details of conferences and trade shows. You thrive in an environment that requires juggling multiple projects and are driven by achieving measurable outcomes. You understand the importance of ROI and are adept at managing event budgets while maintaining a focus on delivering results.
Strategic Thinker: You have an ability to identify the right conferences for the right salespeople and understand the unique goals of each target account. Your strategic thinking allows you to align event planning with business goals, ensuring that every event contributes directly to business development and relationship building.
Data-Driven: You are comfortable analyzing event outcomes and using insights to refine and improve future event strategies. You are adept at using CRM tools, analytics platforms, and other software to track post-event progress, focusing on tailored follow-up and measuring the quality of relationships created.
Other Requirements:
2-4+ years of experience in organizing conferences with a strong focus on sales and relationship activation
Fluent in English (additional language skills are a plus)
Experience in B2B software or IT/MSP software is a plus
Strong collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally to execute successful events
Ability to manage event budgets and track ROI effectively
Ability to travel up to 30% of your time
