Sr Manager, Americas Partner Marketing
As our Sr. Manager, Americas Partner Marketing, you will lead the strategic vision and execution of NinjaOne’s partner marketing efforts across our reseller, distributor, and tech alliance ecosystem, in collaboration with sales and business development leadership. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Marketing, this role is responsible for driving measurable growth through scalable co-marketing programs, campaign execution, and channel enablement while fostering cross-functional collaboration across sales, product, and marketing teams. Success in this role will directly contribute to revenue growth, partner satisfaction, and market expansion through strategic go-to-market alignment. NinjaOne’s partner ecosystem is rapidly growing, and we’re investing in scalable programs that deliver real value to our partners and customers.
Location - We are flexible on hybrid/remote working from home, if you are located in the USA and reside in one of the following states - CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, *IL, KS, MA, ME, NC, NJ, NY, OR, TN, TX, VA, or WA.
Preference/Priority will be given to candidates based in Austin, TX or those willing to relocate unassisted who are able to work in-office 2 days per week (Tuesday, & Thursday)
What You'll Be Doing:
Own and evolve the Americas partner marketing strategy to support revenue goals and deepen partner engagement
Develop a deep understanding of the partner ecosystem and translate insights into integrated strategies with channel sales, direct sales, and business development
Influence go-to-market strategy using partner insights and emerging market trends
Represent the voice of the partner in internal strategic planning and decision-making processes
Lead partner marketing team members in the creation and execution of annual plans in alignment with regional and corporate marketing
Champion the team fostering a positive, high-performance culture through day-to-day support and leading by example
Identify process improvements, drive efficiency, and apply best practices across programs and execution
Build and execute integrated marketing campaigns (to/through/with) partners that drive awareness and generate pipeline
Deploy clear, consistent communication strategies and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance the partner experience
Define, track, analyze, and report on partner performance metrics such as sourced pipeline, influenced revenue, engagement rates, and ROI to evaluate and optimize program impact
Manage the partner marketing budget and reward programs with rigor, ensuring alignment to business goals and delivery on commitments
Collaborate with sales and executive leadership on high-impact go-to-market initiatives
Serve as a key stakeholder in partner marketing direction, sales alignment, and cross-functional execution
About You:
6+ years of partner marketing experience at a B2B technology company
3+ years in a leadership role with direct team management
Proven success building and executing partner marketing strategies with technology partners, VARs, MSPs, GSIs, and Cloud providers
Deep knowledge of partner ecosystems, co-marketing best practices, and channel development
Exceptional leadership, strategic planning, and organizational skills
Proactive, effective communicator with executive presence and a track record of tailoring messaging to diverse internal and external audiences
Highly collaborative, with a proven ability to build trust and influence across Sales, Marketing, Product, and other key functions at all levels.
Operates with urgency and flexibility, applying structured thinking to ambiguous situations and excelling in dynamic, high-growth environments where priorities evolve quickly.

*Due to operational policies, NinjaOne is unable to hire for this role within the city limits of Chicago. We will consider all qualified candidates who reside outside of the city proper or are willing to self-relocate.
Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to location, market demands, experience, job-related knowledge, and skills. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage and PTO. For roles based in California, Colorado, or Washington the base salary hiring range for this position is $120,000 to $150,000 per year.
For roles based in New York, the base salary hiring range for this position is $120,000 to $150,000 per year.
